Collection of personal data
We only collect personal data if it is provided to us for a contact enquiry (e.g. through the contact form). The personal data entered on this occasion will be used without your specific permission solely for processing the agreement or to get it started, or to answer your enquiry. Additionally, if you grant your express permission, for the purpose of future customer support and care (own advertising purposes), whereby you can revoke this authorization at any time.
Collection of personal data for online job applications
Our application data is collected and processed by us for the purpose of electronically processing your application procedure. If your application is followed by a contract of employment, the data you submitted can be used for the standard organization and administration process observing the relevant statutory regulations and saved in your personal file.
If your application is rejected the data you have submitted is automatically deleted two months after your rejection. This shall not apply if due to statutory requirements (obligatory proof in line with the anti-sexual discrimination law AGG) the data must be saved for longer in our database of interested parties or if you have expressly agreed to your data being saved in our database of interested parties.
Passing on personal data
In the course of processing your order, your personal data shall be passed on to the forwarding agent in so far as it is necessary for the delivery of the goods. To process payment we pass on your payment data to the financial services provider we have contracted, if this is necessary to process the payment. Otherwise, your personal data shall not be passed on to any third parties.
After the order has been fully completed and the purchase price has been paid in full, your data shall be stored to uphold the statutory fiscal and commercial law regulations, however your data shall be deleted once these deadlines have expired, unless you have not expressly agreed to your data being used for other purposes.
